Bio: Spencer holds his B.S. in Business Management from New England College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, class president , captain of the men’s Basketball team, and a member of The Alpha Chi National Honors Society. He is a Teach For America Alum (Ala. 12), where he taught at Hayneville Middle School in Hayneville, AL, and provided his students with many opportunities beyond the walls of the classroom. These experiences included events such as class visits from business and state leaders in addition to the start up of The Mission Possible initiative.

In its inaugural year, he took 15 students to NYC on an unbelievable educational journey that gained an overwhelming response from all stakeholders involved, as well as recognition from some of America’s top business and educational leaders. In the 2nd year of the initiative, Spencer has doubled the funding and participants, expanding the initiative to six schools and two school districts in central Alabama.

Spencer is currently a Management Associate for Tupperware Brands located in Orlando, FL. He claims many hometowns, as he grew up living in New York, Indiana, Maine, and North Carolina. He hopes to one day impact the world as a business and non-profit leader.
